No work is priced from a phone description alone. An engineer sees the lift first.
EveryLift repairs, modernises and maintains lifts across London and surrounding areas, on any make, in any building, at any hour.
We are independent, which is the part that matters to a building owner. We do not sell one manufacturer's lifts, so when we say a controller needs replacing it is because the controller needs replacing. And when we say a lift has years left in it, that costs us a sale rather than earning one.
Most of the lifts we look after were installed by somebody else, many by companies that no longer support them. Keeping that equipment running safely, long after the original installer has moved on, is the work.
That covers residential blocks and the managing agents who look after them, commercial offices, retail and hospitality, healthcare and care homes, schools, and goods and platform lifts in warehouses and kitchens.

Familiarity with a specific lift is worth more than any call-handling system.
If a lift is not safe to run, we take it out of service and say so in writing, whatever the pressure to keep it going.
Managing agents and facilities teams get a single agreement covering every lift in the portfolio, consistent reporting across all of them, and one number to call whichever building rings you first.
Whether it is one lift in one block or forty across a portfolio, the first step is the same conversation.
